For nearly fifteen years, Sultan has explored self-awareness as a practical discipline: examining identity, emotional patterns, relationships, responsibility and the motives behind the decisions people make.
This inquiry developed alongside real responsibilities in business and investment. It shaped his perspective on ambition, resilience, boundaries and change—and on the difference between living honestly and merely managing an image.
Today, that body of thought informs his writing and content. His aim is not to present ready-made answers or perform expertise, but to offer a clear angle from which people can ask better questions, understand their experience and make choices that are more aligned with who they are now.
Self-awareness becomes useful when it changes the quality of a decision—not only the language used to describe it.

Sultan grew up in a family environment where business, social leadership and creative expression met. His father, Sheikh Zaid bin Nasser Almeleihi, is a prominent businessman and the Sheikh of the Malih tribe of Subai’. His late brother, lyric poet Badr Almeleihi, left a body of work created with leading Gulf artists, including Rashed Al-Majed, Rabeh Saqer, Abdul Majeed Abdullah and Aseel Abu Bakr.
