He is also a practitioner specializing in self-awareness and personal development, with more than fifteen years of experience. This work has shaped a perspective that connects enterprise, human understanding and the choices that influence both work and life.

For more than fifteen years, Sultan has explored self-awareness as a practical discipline: examining identity, emotional patterns, relationships, responsibility and the motives behind the decisions people make.
This inquiry developed alongside real responsibilities in business and investment. It shaped his perspective on ambition, resilience, boundaries and change—and on the difference between living honestly and merely managing an image.
His perspective has also been shaped by direct engagement with people through social media. Over the years, Sultan has answered more than 5,000 questions and provided over 2,000 individual consultations on self-awareness, personal development and relationships. The value of this exchange lies not only in its scale, but in the recurring questions and human patterns it brought into view.
Today, that body of thought informs his writing and content. His aim is not to present ready-made answers or perform expertise, but to offer a clear angle from which people can ask better questions, understand their experience and make choices that are more aligned with who they are now.
Self-awareness becomes useful when it changes the quality of a decision—not only the language used to describe it.

Roots & path
Diverse roots—and a path shaped by both experience and knowledge.
He graduated from Prince Sultan University after studying business, management and marketing. Early in his professional journey, he completed training placements at Arabian Marketing Co. and Banque Saudi Fransi, followed by Nestlé Saudi Arabia in 2013, gaining first-hand exposure to marketing, banking and institutional work across different sectors. He then built his experience across investment, real estate development and venture building.
His education did not end at university: over the years, he has read more than a thousand books and undertaken learning journeys in Europe and the United States, exploring different schools of thought and practice in self-awareness and personal development.
This path is grounded in roots that brought enterprise, social responsibility and culture together. His father, Sheikh Zaid bin Nasser Almeleihi, is a prominent businessman and the Sheikh of the Malih tribe of Subai’. His late brother, lyric poet Badr Almeleihi, contributed to the Gulf music scene through work with a number of leading artists. This environment brought Sultan close to the worlds of business, leadership and the power of words.
Combined with exposure to diverse social and cultural environments, this path shaped a perspective that connects knowledge, practical experience and human understanding—a perspective that now informs his work, writing and content.
